How affiliate links affect our content

Affiliate income helps fund the site, but our product pages are written around practical household use cases: condensation, indoor laundry, cold rooms, humidity monitoring, wet windows and mould prevention. We do not sell the products ourselves and we do not process your order, payment, delivery or returns.

Amazon prices and availability

Product prices, delivery dates, ratings, availability and retailer information can change quickly. We use “check latest price” buttons so you can verify the current details on Amazon before buying.

Buyer page compliance checklist

Show the affiliate disclosure clearly on every buyer page before or near product links, and keep the full disclosure available from the footer.
Do not show fake live prices, price-drop claims, stock claims, delivery promises or “today only” urgency unless the page is using an approved live data source.
Do not copy Amazon customer reviews, review text or star ratings. Only use Amazon ratings or review material where the Associates rules and Amazon source requirements allow it.
Use clear button wording such as “check latest price” or “check latest price and availability” so readers know Amazon has the current details.
Add health and safety caveats where products touch mould, leaks, rising damp, structural damp or symptoms: products can help moisture control, but serious issues need qualified medical, housing or building advice.
